Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date. You will get a full refund, less shipping. The item must be received in the original condition, unused and show no signs of wear. Please contact us at shoponline@annikuan.com and request a Return Authorization number before returning your item or your return will not be accepted. A copy of your receipt together with the RA number must be included in the package. Customer is responsible for any return shipping cost. We highly recommend shipping the item with tracking number and insurance as Anni Kuan is not responsible for lost or damaged goods while the item is being returned. Upon receipt of returned goods, Anni Kuan reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. All refunds are processed via PayPal.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, annikuan.com cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on annikuan.com.
